Damp proofing
We have over 40 years experience of surveying and designing damp proofing solutions for all types of structures. We use non solvent based silane pore blocking treatments for brickwork and electro osmotic DPCs for deep section stone walls. We offer a full service from start to finish with fully underwritten guarantees on completed work
Window Lintel Repair
Most bay windows are prone to cracking and movement associated with tree root induced shrinkage of the soils beneath the foundation , Reduced structural integrity post installation of replacement PVC windows, Or reduced lateral restraint capacity within the existing materials.
We use retro fitted high tensile wires to restore the original integrity of the bay structure.

Bowed Wall Repair & Lateral Restraint Installation
Bowed walls can be caused by multiple different things- a detailed inspection & survey is crucial to identifying these. We can do this for you and also complete the installation of lateral restraint ties to stop the progression of the damage, restoring structural integrity.
Masonry beaming for subsidence & settlement
Masonry beaming is used to support sections of building which are failing due localised overloading of the foundations or subsoil, or where failed drains have washed away the subsoil beneath the foundations. Reinforcement is fitted into the brickwork bed joints and repointed after installation
Dry rot investigation & mitigation
Dry Rot is often misdiagnosed and confused with less damaging Brown and white rots, which require little more than removal of the source of decay and replacement of the defective timber.
Our qualified surveyors will correctly diagnose the species of rot before putting together a proposed remedial repair strategy and providing a quotation for remedial repairs.
